The daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith performed her debut single 'Whip My Hair' at the festive celebration wearing a candy cane-themed hat.
She later took to her Twitter account to write: "Had so much fun at LA Live's Tree Lighting!! Thanks to everyone who came out and whipped their hair (: You guys were awesome! (sic)"
The 10-year-old was watched from the crowd by her parents, reports the Daily Mail. Other stars who appeared at the event included Stevie Wonder, Seal and Greyson Chance, while 90210 actress Jessica Lowndes and Jersey Shore's Pauly D were also in attendance. Olympic medalist Evan Lysacek was also present to perform a special ice-skating routine.
The event, hosted by Billy Bush, also marked the opening of the LA Kings Holiday Ice rink.
