The singer and his wife Emma made the decision after he admitted to having 10 affairs earlier this year. The Mirror reports that Emma confessed the house held "too many painful memories".
"They are desperate to shift it," a source said. "Emma says she can no longer live there as it's a constant reminder of bad times.
"Mark realises he has been a fool and will do anything to save their marriage."
The couple, who have two children together, are said to have put in an offer on a £1.8million home in South London.
