Wesley Snipes: 'I don't deserve prison'

Wesley Snipes has said that he doesn't deserve to land in prison for failing to pay his taxes.

Speaking to Larry King on his CNN chatshow, the Blade star, who has been sentenced to three years in prison for tax evasion, claimed that he relied on the advice of tax professionals to settle his debts to the IRS.

However, Snipes stopped short of blaming his accountants and financial advisors for the legal troubles.

"I'm more upset and disappointed in the system," the actor said.

He is required to begin his sentence later this week.
