Jenny McCarthy 'splits from boyfriend'

Jenny McCarthy has split from her boyfriend, the model's representative has confirmed.

People reports that the star, who dated Las Vegas-based performer Jason Toohey for about five months, has now ended the relationship.

He rep said: "[McCarthy and Toohey] have broken up and remain close friends."

In October, McCarthy had revealed that she felt the relationship was going well as she had "went in with all of my chips laid out".

Earlier this year, McCarthy and long-term partner Jim Carrey announced that they had split after five years together.
