Wesley Snipes begins prison sentence

The AP reports that the Blade actor handed himself in just before his noon surrender deadline.
Snipes was convicted in 2008 for three misdemeanour counts of wilful failure to file income taxes, and he was given a one-year sentence for each count, to be served together.
The star appeared on Larry King's chatshow earlier this week, saying that he didn't "deserve" prison.
