Billy Ray Cyrus 'sad about Miley bong vid'

The clip of the 18-year-old inhaling what was reported as the legal substance salvia appeared online this week after allegedly being stolen from a phone belonging to the star's friend.
"I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself," Billy Ray wrote on his Twitter page today.
"I'm so sad. There is much beyond my control right now."
Miley has not responded to the video leak.
