Chapman - known by his alias 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' from the show of the same name - is famous for turning in fugitives to the police on his reality show.
He tweeted: "Attention Canada brothers & sisters please get me Randy Quad's address (sic)."
He later added: "Fe Fi Fo Fum look out Quaid here we come."
Quaid and his wife Evi have recently missed several court dates in relation to vandalism charges on their previous home.
