Source: 'Hurley, Warne more than a fling'

Liz Hurley's alleged romance with Shane Warne has been described as "more than a fling", according to a source.

It was reported yesterday that Hurley was seen kissing the Australian cricketer despite being married to Indian tycoon Arun Nayar - prompting the actress to publicly reveal that she had split from her husband "months ago".

Now, according to The Mirror, a source has claimed that Hurley and Warne's relationship is "pretty serious" and that the pair have a personal connection.

"It's more than just a fling," the source said. "Liz is really falling for Shane. He has been a real support through the tough time she's had splitting with Arun.

"Shane is mesmerised by Liz. She's the first person he has felt so strongly about since his divorce. They have so much chemistry. They have grown very close and there is an intimate bond between them. The only thing standing in their way is the ­geography."

Warne split from his wife Simone Callahan in 2005, but the spin bowler recently admitted that he will "always love" her and that they will "always be best mates".
