The Oscar nominee is currently working on his the business venture, to be called Las Ramblas. He reportedly told Larry King: "I'm taking 25 percent and giving it to Africa."
He is also insisting on a formal dress code for visitors, inspired by childhood trips to watch his aunt - singer Rosemary Clooney - perform in Las Vegas.
He recalled: "It's gonna be like when I used to go and see Rosie sing in casinos where everyone used to wear a jacket."
