The former reality TV star and her rocker husband told People that they were pleased with how their wedding night turned out.
"It was magical," Nicole said.
Her spouse Madden further remarked: "It was the best night of my life."
The pair tied the knot after four years together in a December 11 ceremony held at an LA mansion owned by Nicole's father Lionel.
It was previously reported that Nicole's former best friend Paris Hilton was not invited to the gala.
