A source explained: "Lamar couldn't make it due to his schedule, so he did a separate shoot and then they Photoshopped him in afterwards."
The family Christmas card, which was revealed last week, shows Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian alongside Kris, Bruce, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, with Odom and Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick and son Mason also in the "super glam" image.
