Richards to spend Christmas with Sheen, Sixx

A friend of Denise Richards has revealed that the actress has invited both her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and her new boyfriend Nikki Sixx for Christmas.

Though Richards divorced Sheen in 2006, she has invited him to a variety of holiday dinners over the past few years. However, now that Richards is dating Sixx, the Motley Crue bassist has also received an invite to Christmas dinner, reports Pop Eater.

"Denise has a heart of gold and wants to make sure that no one is alone on Christmas," Richards's friend said. "She's taking it extremely slow with Nikki, but if he isn't invited anywhere else he is welcome at her house to enjoy Christmas dinner along with Charlie."

Sheen is reportedly happy with Richards's choice of boyfriend.

An insider said: "Nikki is sweet, family-oriented and has been sober from heroin for over 23 years. But even more importantly, he understands that as the father of her daughters, Charlie will always be in her life."
