According to TMZ, the actress broke her wrist and suffered a head laceration after a fall outside of a gym.
Her injuries are now holding up a court case. Dunaway is currently involved in a lawsuit with a former employee. Film editor John Paul Horstmann is suing her, claiming that she owes him more than $5,000.
The Oscar winner has requested that a court date be postponed because of her injuries.
The court date has reportedly been moved back from early December to January 28.
