According to The AP, Amer Haddadin, the man who sold the home to Suleman, has said that he plans to evict her because she has yet to make an overdue payment of $450,000 (£292,095).
Haddadin said that he would force Suleman to leave the house if he does not receive the payment by this Friday.
"I think they have money, but they are hiding the money," said Haddadin, who also said that the payment was due in October.
Suleman lives in the home with her 14 children. Her father Ed Doud purchased the home two years ago for $565,000 (£366,741).
