The Gulliver's Travels star said that he plans to shed pounds by following a carefully constructed workout plan devised to "confuse" his body into getting into shape, reports Contactmusic.
"I've figured it out; if you just do sit-ups and push-ups, your body and muscles figure it out and they're like, 'Nah, we know what you're doing. You're not gonna lose any weight'," he explained.
"So what you do is you confuse the muscles, and you go, 'I'm gonna do some push-ups... No, I'm not, I'm gonna row a boat'. That's science. And then what I'm also gonna do... get massaged."
Black continued: "The fat doesn't like to be moved around a lot and if you get a good masseuse who pushes the fat around a lot, the fat goes, 'What are we doing?' And then it comes out."
