Jack Osbourne has denied dating Kate Moss, instead claiming that he is just helping a friend in need.
Osbourne celebrated the supermodel's birthday with her last month after she had been through a stint in rehab following her rather public cocaine scandal. Osbourne has himself been through rehab for drug dependency, and though rumours began to circulate that the pair were dating, he says he was just trying to be there for a friend.
Osbourne insists: "I've known Kate for a few years and I went out with her for her birthday. I don't push help on anyone - if she feels that she needs to call me, whatever."
