The singer and actor attended the traditional roast earlier this week while "dressed up in a curly blond wig, out-sized bra and giant red high-heeled shoes", reports PopEater.
During a press conference following the event, he admitted that his career aspirations had kept him from more academic pursuits.
"Secretly, I always wanted to go to college and I didn't get the chance to do that," he said.
"I'm an artist first, so I'll continue to follow the inspiration. That means movies, TV and writing [songs] for other people."
Timberlake added: "I mostly don't know what I'm doing. I go from project to project to project."
