The National Enquirer originally ran the story which claimed that the Desperate Housewives star was close to inking a deal with A&E for a series "based on her endlessly dramatic real life".
"[It will] document her push to reassemble her life after a broken marriage," the publication added.
However, Longoria's spokesman insisted that there is no truth to the story, telling Gossip Cop: "This is total B.S."
