The Lord of the Rings actor and the mother of his four-year-old son Jack exchanged vows on December 29 in Glasgow, according to OK.
His co-stars and close friends Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan were reported to be among the couple's guests for the day.
Boyd had recently revealed that he was "broke" following the series of fantasy movies, wherein he played hobbit Peregrin Took.
