The outspoken comedian joked that getting elected into office is "easy", and said that she is already lining up her ideas for world peace.
"I'm getting all my ducks in a row. I have all these ideas, and I just might do them," she told Entertainment Weekly.
"I figured out that becoming President of the United States is really just about giving a speech, and then you don't really have to do anything else."
The sitcom star also promised to address what she regards as the main reason for world leaders going to war.
"Mandatory penile-adjustive surgery, so that there will only be one size of penis for all the men on earth," she explained. "Then there won't be any more need for war!"
