The Saturdays singer was spotted shopping with the Manchester City star in Wilmslow, Cheshire earlier this week, according to the News of the World.
An onlooker said: "They looked completely smitten and were very touchy-feely. They do make a great-looking couple."
The pair have apparently been spending time at Bridge's £2m Manchester home.
Sandford ended her relationship with McFly bassist Dougie Poynter in November last year.
