According to Us Weekly, Bertinelli wed Tom Vitale on New Year's Day after the two became engaged in mid-2010.
The actress rose to fame on 1970s series One Day At A Time, but became well known for her marriage to Van Halen frontman Eddie Van Halen.
The couple finalised their divorce in 2007 after Bertinelli gave Van Halen an ultimatum over his drug addictions.
Bertinelli will return to television in the second series of Hot In Cleveland later this month.
