Flockhart: 'Marriage improved relationship'

Calista Flockhart has said that marrying Harrison Ford has improved the harmony in their relationship.

The actress, who married Ford in New Mexico in June last year, said that making their seven-year relationship official has reduced the number of arguments that they have as a couple.

Flockhart explained: "[Marriage] made it better. Because there's no out. Well, there is, but it's not one you want to entertain very often.

"[In an argument] I just say, 'Okay'. I don't turn into a rabid pit bull so much anymore."

The Brothers & Sisters star previously said that her wedding was flawless as it was "a perfectly normal day".
