The Crocodile Dundee star, who had all charges of tax evasion against him dropped by the Australian Crime Commission late last year, could apparently get as much as $80 million (£51.4 million) compensation from the government for their false accusations.
Hogan's lawyer Andrew Robinson told the ABC: "We already have a film producer and financier who are prepared to testify [that] Mr Hogan's loss of income during the period of investigation has been in the range of $10 million (£6.4 million) to $15 million (£9.7 million) per annum."
Hogan has also demanded that the ACC apologise for publicly calling him "a criminal" and "a fraud".
