Jamie Lee Curtis a 'second mum' to Lohan

Michael Lohan has claimed that Jamie Lee Curtis is "like a second mum" to his daughter Lindsay.

The actresses - who worked together in the 2003 remake of Freaky Friday have kept in touch since the film and ran into one another for the first time in years on Tuesday.

"Absolute coincidence. We were waiting in the [building] lounge for 15 seconds or so when Jamie Lee walked in," Michael told E News.

"We will see that all the people that were in Lindsay's life when things were going well, when she was in Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, are now coming back into her life."

Michael went on to insist that Lindsay is dedicated to getting both her personal and professional life back on track, adding: "She is going back to her roots, going back to all the people who were in her life when she was doing good. I believe she is going to prove to the entire industry she is back for good."
