Lindsay Lohan rubbishes celeb friendships

Lindsay Lohan says she is not close to the celebrities tabloid magazines have been linking her with.

The 19-year-old is thought to be close with celebrity rivals and former friends Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, but according to BreakingNews.ie, says she is no more than an acquaintance of both.

Lohan explained: "I haven't talked to [Nicole] in a while. I'm acquaintances with these people, but I'm not friends with all these people. I don't necessarily know things about their lives."
