Katona: 'I feel like damaged goods'

Kerry Katona has admitted that she feels like "damaged goods" following the breakdown of her second marriage.

The former Atomic Kitten singer split from Mark Croft last year following claims that he had cheated on her. Katona, who will compete in the new series of Dancing On Ice, told Fabulous magazine that Croft wanted to control her.

"I feel like I'm damaged goods," she confessed. "It's going to take time for me to build myself back up."

She continued: "For years I had no pride in the way I looked. Mark would say he preferred me in trackies and no make-up, so that's how I'd dress. It was all about controlling me so he was the one I relied on."

The 30-year-old, who recently signed a three-year deal with ITV, said that she felt "more content" in the latter half of last year.
