According to Vogue, Nemcova is to marry British actor Jamie Belman, who she has been dating for close to eight months.
The pair have not yet announced a date for the wedding.
Nemcova is also a philanthropist and started the Happy Hearts Fund to help children affected by the tsunami that ripped through South-East Asia in 2004 after surviving the disturbance.
She lost her then-boyfriend Simon Atlee during the tsunami.
The model previously dated singer James Blunt and actor Sean Penn.
