The Australian model, who has become a television star since winning the title of Miss Universe Australia, said that she likes to "feel good" due to a healthy lifestyle and diet.
Finch told New Idea magazine: "I've always been a sporty, outdoor girl. I like to feel good on the inside - that's the most important thing. I like the feeling of jumping out of bed. I like my eight hours of sleep and my two litres of water a day.
"I've never had a major problem [with body image issues]. I've never really thought 'Whoops, I've got to lose weight or put on weight.'
"When you turn 20, your body changes. That's when you realise that this is your shape and you can't just eat what you want. You've got to find your niche of health."
