According to the Daily Mail, Martin spent New Year with Davies at his Hampshire home and was spotted with her at Brooklands race track on New Year's Day.
Martin and Davies, who has worked on shows including Big Brother and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, also appeared in public together at a Cirque Du Soleil performance at the Royal Albert Hall.
The 38-year-old Saturday Kitchen host has previously been romantically linked to actress Claire Goose and producer Barbara Broccoli.
