The actress, who married her personal trainer Paul Chase last year, has one daughter from a previous relationship. Speaking to The Mirror, she revealed that she would love to have another child.
"Mimi has a little daughter, Cilla, in this series," she said. "Having those twins Ava and Grace on set to play Cilla made me feel incredibly broody
"If I suddenly discovered I was having another child, I’d be jumping for joy - you'd hear me shouting about it all the way from Wythenshawe."
She added: "Having another baby, at 47, would take me into dreamland and, God willing, it will happen. Paul and I are certainly trying to make it happen."
