Sam Ronson dog 'banned from West Hollywood'

Samantha Ronson's pet pitbull Cadillac has been banned from West Hollywood, after apparently killing another animal in the DJ's apartment building.

TMZ reports that the Department of Animal Control investigated the incident which occurred in August 2010, with the suggestion that the dog could be put down and Ronson face criminal charges.

Cadillac had been sent back to Ronson's hometown of New York, but was rumoured to have returned to her Venice, CA condo.

However, West Hollywood authorities have branded Cadillac a "dangerous dog".

A spokesperson told the website: "The dog has been permanently removed from our city."
