A rep confirmed to US Magazine that the actress and boyfriend Jason Bleick are expecting the baby later this year.
Blair began dating the fashion designer last year after ending a two-year relationship with her former Kath & Kim co-star Mikey Day.
She was previously married to Ahmet Zappa, though the pair divorced in 2006.
