Robbie Williams has bought a second house in Los Angeles just so that he can have a football pitch.
The singer apparently spent over £5 million so that the mansion would be big enough to build a full size football pitch in the grounds.
A source told The Sun: "Robbie bought the house just so he could have the football pitch built.
"He loves the game and really misses it when he's away from his home in England. So he bought a huge place so he can have one installed.
"He plays once a week with all his friends. Some of them are locals who work in his favourite shops
Robbie reportedly needs the pitch to prepare for his status as England skipper in Soccer Aid, a televised celebrity version of the world cup leading up to the real World Cup finals in Germany.
