The popstar exes, who announced their separation in November, were described by The Mail On Sunday as looking "uneasy" when the JLS star picked up Wiseman from The Saturdays tour rehearsals on Friday.
In photos obtained by the publication, Humes can be seen trying to cover his face with the hood of his jumper, while the 'Missing You' star is described as having "flicked her hair around her head and put her hands up in an attempt to cover her face".
The 'Love You More' singer is also said to have accompanied Wiseman to her bandmate Frankie Sandford's birthday party at Chinawhite later that evening.
Humes previously described Wiseman as an "incredible girl" and insisted that the pair would remain close in the wake of their split.
