The former reality TV contestant had the weight-loss procedure on her thighs and arms and has dropped to a size 8-10, reports Closer magazine.
"I'm much happier now. I wouldn't say I'm 100% happy but I'm more comfortable," she said. "I don't feel like a big fat beast. So it's a new year, new hair, new body - new, new, new!"
Hayes apparently paid £4,500 to have her breasts enlarged from a 34B to an F cup in a Belgian clinic.
"My surgeon Dr Robin Van Look showed me pictures of sizes and I just thought, 'I want those', for an hourglass figure," she said. "I love them! I give 'em a squeeze every morning!"
The 23-year-old also would not rule out the possibility of having more surgery in the future. "I don't know, maybe I'll get fat again and have to have more," she added.
