Malkovich shocks fans with surprise show

The US actor, who is best known for movies such as Dangerous Liaisons and Empire Of The Sun, made a guest appearance by joining musician Philip Glass on stage to help him perform his piece Wichita Vortex Sutra.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Malkovich was cheered by the crowd as he performed Glass and Ginsberg's ode to the end of war.
Malkovich is currently performing in The Giacomo Variations in Sydney.
