According to the Daily Mail, the model has bought the seven bedroom house in an attempt to move on from her Primrose Hill partying lifestyle. Local resident Jude Law is said to have advised her on the area.
A source said: "Kate was completely fed up with her old house. She wanted to get out of there and the new house is beautiful. She is friendly with Jude and has been asking him about the area.
"He has been a big help to her. Kate wants a fresh start and she is keen to have more children. This will be a fantastic family home."
Moss would move into the house, which has a 125ft-long garden, with partner Jamie Hince and 8-year-old daughter Lila Grace.
