The Dancing On Ice star, who kissed Green when he was her trainer at a fitness boot camp last year, is said to have been dating him for several weeks since his own marriage broke down.
A source told the News of the World: "Kerry is thrilled that Kevin is a free agent. She fell for him in a big way - she walked out of her marriage after meeting him. She is delighted to have finally got her man but she is desperate to keep it secret.
"Falling for Kevin at boot camp made Kerry realise what an idiot [ex-husband] Mark [Croft] was. She went home, and told Mark she didn't want to be with him anymore."
The news comes after rumours of a fling with Dancing On Ice skating partner Daniel Whiston. An insider said: "Kerry loves the fact fans of the show think she is with Daniel.
"The will-they-won't-they saga certainly worked for Kara Tointon and Artem Chigvintsev on Strictly. But there is no romance with Daniel. They adore each other but it is purely friendship."
