The 24-year-old star, whose mother is Australian singer Olivia Newton-John, will reportedly marry James Driscoll in Los Angeles on October 15 this year.
During a recent public display of affection with Driscoll at the G'Day USA gala in Hollywood, Lattanzi joked to The Daily Telegraph: "I don't censor myself."
Newton-John recently said: "[James] is wonderful... I wish Chloe the love and happiness that I've experienced marrying my gorgeous husband [John Easterling]. She has grown because of James's love for her."
She also said that she is "thrilled" that Lattanzi and Driscoll are expecting their first child together.
