The bassist and actress girlfriend Erin Lokitz announced the birth of their first child in a statement posted on the band's official website on Tuesday.
The post, which had the title 'Tony + Erin = Coco', read: "Welcome to the world our gorgeous daughter - Coco Reese Lakshmi Kanal. She entered our lives on January 24, 2011. Mum, Dad and Baby are happy and in love."
The couple announced the pregnancy in a previous statement on the site, saying that they were "overwhelmed with joy and [excitement]" at the prospect of meeting their child.
No Doubt, fronted by Gwen Stefani, recently confirmed that they had been working on new songs, adding that their New Year's resolution is to record a new album.
