Alan Tudyk 'faces DUI charges'

Alan Tudyk may apparently face a charge of driving under the influence stemming from an arrest on Sunday.

Tudyk, who played Steve the Pirate in Dodgeball, was reportedly arrested for speeding at around 1am on Sunday.

TMZ reports that Tudyk was arrested after failing to complete a sobriety test. He is scheduled to head to court on March 1.

Tudyk can next be seen in the third Transformers.
