Hewitt: 'People tell me about their privates'

Jennifer Love Hewitt has revealed that people on the street have been telling her about their "private parts" after she publicly spoke about vajazzling.

The Client List actress had spoken about the decorative process, which involves putting crystals on a woman's genitals, during an appearance on Lopez Tonight last year.

"It really kind of went crazy and I never thought I'd create such a weird thing. I was really excited about it," she told George Lopez during a recent visit to the TBS show.

"It's only uncomfortable because now people talk to me about their private parts all the time! I feel like saying, 'It's OK to keep it a secret! Sssh! Keep that for you and your man. You don't need to bring that to me!'."

She added: "I'll be getting lettuce in the grocery store and a lady will come up and go, 'I'm vajazzled'. Depending on who it is, you're like, 'That's gross but thank you and good luck with that!'."

Love Hewitt was on the show to promote the DVD release of Lifetime's original movie The Client List. She earned a Golden Globe nomination this year for her portrayal of the title character, a mother who becomes involved in prostitution in a bid to provide for her family.
