Kristen Bell: 'Cher obsessed with texting'

Kristen Bell has said that her Burlesque co-star Cher is "obsessed" with texting.

The actress was appearing on TBS's Lopez Tonight on Monday when the host asked her about working with legendary star Cher on the recent musical.

"She was hands down the coolest individual I have ever met!" she said. "She is so cool and down to earth. She's such a hard worker but she totally gets it.

"She's really sarcastic and she's obsessed with texting. She texts me all the time and she's so funny! Sometimes she will sign her texts, 'xo a living legend'. She's just so amazing; I love her."

The star previously told Parade magazine that she had initially felt starstruck around Cher, but the pair soon became friends.

"She was everything I wanted her to be and more," she said. "She really was... It made me feel so special that I was getting to know the human being behind this gigantic icon."

Bell, who is engaged to Dax Shepard, was recently named as the new face of Neutrogena. It has also been reported that she will join Don Cheadle in an upcoming pilot for Showtime called House Of Lives.
