The couple announced the arrival of Liam James - born January 31 - on Thursday, reports People.
“Everyone is happy and healthy,” a rep for Ferguson said.
“The family is doing great, everybody’s perfect.”
This is the first child for the pair, who married in 2008. Ferguson has one son, 9-year-old Milo Hamish, from a previous marriage.
