The 37-year-old Australian television star, who has moved to Los Angeles with wife Tasma Walton to host his own chatshow, said that he now spends his leisure time "relaxing" and working out.
McManus told Woman's Day magazine: "I have been enjoying having the time. I don't have a trainer, but I've just been relaxing and looking after myself. I guess it just comes with having a bit of time off to feel recharged - in every possible way."
McManus and Walton were recently spotted swimming in the ocean together during a holiday in Perth.
