The former My Name Is Earl star was arrested in Santa Monica last month with over two times the legal amount of alcohol in her system.
She was later charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated stemming from the incident.
The actress's lawyer appeared in court on her behalf on Friday to answer to the charges, reports People.
Pressly's next hearing is scheduled for March 18.
