Court puts restraining order on Hilton

A court has ordered Paris Hilton to stay away from a former friend who accused her of harassment.

The socialite must stay 100 yards from Brian Quintana, though she says she had no intention of going near him. The only exception to the order is at parties, where Hilton must keep 25 feet between her and the 37-year-old.

A Los Angeles court issues the order after Quintana said the heiress harassed and threatened him after they fell out. Tensions flared when Quintana introduced Hilton to boyfriend Stavros Niarchos III, and then told him not to date her.

Hilton's spokesman Elliot Mintz said the glamour girl wants nothing to do with Quintana and will stay away from him.
