Martin, Chenoweth for special GLAAD honours

The AP reports that Martin will be given the 'Vito Russo Award', which is bestowed upon an openly LGBT celebrity who promotes equal rights.
Previous honourees have included Rosie O'Donnell, Alan Cumming and Sex And The City star Cynthia Nixon.
The organisation's 'Vanguard Award', which is presented to a star who promoters increased visibility for the LGBT community, will go to Chenoweth.
In May 2010, the actress criticised a Newsweek article that asserted that gay actors could not convincingly play straight roles.
The GLAAD Media Awards are to take place on March 19 in New York City.
