The pair's legal separation was finalised on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, reports TMZ.
"I have a great many mixed feelings about today - I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead," Camille said about the split.
She added: "What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children, and I wish Kelsey and Kayte [Walsh] love and happiness in their new marriage."
It was reported earlier this week that Kelsey and Camille had struck a divorce deal that would enable him to marry fiancée Walsh later this month.
